All products, descriptions and prices are subject to change without notice. Placing items in your cart does not reserve stock. Your order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully received and you receive an order confirmation from us.

We use secure, third‑party payment providers. By submitting your payment details, you authorise us and our payment providers to process your payment for the total order amount, including any applicable taxes, delivery or handling fees.

4. Shipping, Delivery and Risk
We deliver within South Africa to the address you provide at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary. Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery to your nominated address or collection point.

5. Returns, Refunds and Warranties
We follow the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA). If a product is defective, damaged on arrival, or not as described, please contact us within a reasonable time with proof of purchase. Where applicable, we may repair, replace or refund the item at our discretion, subject to inspection and stock availability. Used, abused or incorrectly installed products may not qualify for a refund or replacement.
